Gratituesday- Where Jesus Lives

I really want to share with you all a tear jerking, heart swelling, wonderful blessing. Last Wednesday Hudson and I were snuggled up in my bed in our tent trailer. We were praying and Hudson asked my if Jesus lives in his (Hudson's) heart.
I said "Do you want Jesus to live in your heart?"
He answered "Yes."

I lead my first born, my son, in prayer to ask Jesus to come and live in his heart. Oh what a miraculous moment! What an amazing, precious prayer to pray with ones child.
For the next two days Hudson told us over and over again that Jesus lives in his heart. I adore hearing that phrase come from his three year old lips.
I am abundantly grateful for my son's relationship with our Savior and the joy he has when he tells others where Jesus lives.

how wonderful, this feeling is matchless to none to know that your child will spend eternity in heaven with you and his Lord. I have had the opportunity to lead my husband, and a couple of our children to the Lord. I say a couple because all though all of my children know the Lord. The opportunity to lead them to Christ belongs to others as well. God Bless and I am so happy for your precious news

I remember when my daughter said the same, my husband came out of her room crying like a baby and told me. It was a wonderful day.
Although I am slightly offended I have not heard this story earlier.......

Delighted to meet you today! Your name caught my attention on another blog and just had to hustle over and read. Such a joy to find you. I remember the precious moment in my life as well. My oldest had a real relationship with Jesus, but in reading the story of Timothy he asked what it meant to give his life to Jesus. I shared and he looked up and said, oh mommy, i need to do that, now. Imagine my joy welling up inside of me when after we prayed he turned to his little brother and shared the gospel and helped him make the same decision. That precious 7year old has asked to be baptized this week and we are overjoyed, especially to do it with dear family before we head back home to the mission field.

Rejoicing with you, from a mommy's heart,
Sarah Dawn
