I love that you posted Lunch and Breakfast! The Corn potato soup sounds yummy... just the thing for a miserable cold rainy day like it is here today. Welcome to MPM!

lol. Yes, it is. A kangaroo sausage is a sausage made with kangaroo mince. It's 98% fat free, and so chock full of iron and other great stuff! It used to be hard to get, because Kangaroos are our national emblem, and you aren't supposed to sell your national emblem as eating food, but it's in all the supermarkets now, steaks, mince, sausages... even mini roasts!

I actually came to your blog because of Gratituesday. Toast and furit salad for breakfast, how in the world is it that I never thought of that? Going on my menu for breakfast next week :o)

Looks like it's a good week to be eating in your house... the faux bbq chicken thighs and spaghetti pie sound especially delicious, yum! You should check out springpad's weekly meal planner - it's a great way to organize all of your menus and recipes, I think you'll really like it!

Yummy! I really need to do this instead of scrammbling at 5 o'clock about what to make.
