Gratituesday- Green

Seeing as it is St Patrick's Day I am going to write about green. Now this might gross you out so if your gag reflex is extra sensitive... STOP HERE!!!
So the green that I am really thankful for today is... boogers. Yup that's right you heard me...boogers. Now it's really not so much the gross slimy greenness of the boogers that I am thankful for, it's the fact that my 3 year old son knows how to blow his nose. This makes booger season so much nicer. I no longer cringe when I hear "Mom! I've got boogers!" I calmly tell my pint sized sniffler to get some tissue and blow his nose. It's the simple things in life that really mean the most. Sadly, this is something to be thankful for. You would never think you were thankful for something like this until you become a mom! Very cute post!

It truly is the little things. I knowt his is super gross, but before after a bout with stomach flu in my one year old, I had to say I was even thankful for good, solid poop.:)LOL

Yes, it's also nice when they learn to wipe themselves after going potty...what a day that is!

This is too funny. I'm glad you warned us that the post was not for the gag-prone; it sure made me laugh :)

Oh my gosh! I am trying to teach my 3 year old how to do that. I HATE seeing boogers running down her nose to her mouth. She is finally getting the idea! :)
