Well yesterday I mentioned that I would be looking for a new name for my blog(s) and Zibbet shop.
Here's why:
Are you in love yet? I am smitten! We are in the process of purchasing an 8.7 acre former grow op. (Which means we are paying very little for this property)
Here is my favorite part:
The upstairs room. This will be half playroom and half my studio. (there's more room behind the camera).
I imagine this place having a fantastic name like Green Gables but something more my own. We will have chickens and a goat. There will be a guest cottage in the loft of the workshop/barn.
God truly does give us the desires of our hearts.
So please leave me comments with name suggestions for this house, your favorite home decor and design blogs and your prayers as there is a lot of tearing down and rebuilding to do.
Yours Faithfully Sarah with an H.

That is so cool! I love places with character and history! Praying for you all. =)
How cool is that? My husband would be jealous so I won't show him! LOL!
As far as a name, I don't have a whole lot but the term "My Hearts Desires" rang in my head as I read your post.
Have a great weekend.
Kim
How fun! I am sure you will love fixing it up and living out in the country. I can't wait to see how it looks when you are finished and ready to move in. Congratulations!!!
Congratulations!! Can't wait to see what you do with the place!
Wow, how wonderful! It will be so much fun to create a space just the way you want it, and a lot of hard work. I am sure as you start working a name will come to you that will be just perfect.
love old houses so fun to play in when I was a kid would be great to be able to decorate
Hi Sarah: Thanks for leaving a comment about my craft area! Looks like you will have one of your own in similar style (sloped roof). How exciting to see a dream fulfilled and all the opportunity that lies before you with this place. Thanks as well for introducing me to Zibbet--never heard of it before until reading your blog. I'm going to follow you to keep up with how things go with this project!
How amazing! Wow! Hard work, but what an opportunity. My son thinks you should have chickens. He asked me what I was reading and I was telling him about the goat.
As for a name, that's hard. But I bet as you work God will give it to you.
I saw this on Finer Things. I am so "all about" giving a place a name. I would be doing the same thing. (and btw... I love your new place. It's a desire of my heart too!)I think that you will hear
the name whisper to you when you are standing there gazing about at God's beauty.
Unless you want to name it Heart's Desire. ~wink
