Frugal Friday- Card Making

One of the best frugal tips for making cards is use what you have. This card is a prime example of greeting on the cheap.
Cardstock- Jumbo pack from Wal-Mart
Background- Stamped piece of scrapped paper.
Stamp for backgroung- 50 cents at a yardsale
Card board circle- Restaurant coaster
Flower and Ladybug die cuts-I bought a huge bag of stuff at a yardsale for $4 and these were in there.
Button- from my collection of Misc. buttons
String- a scrap piece of yarn from the dish cloth I Knifty Knitted this week.
Total- less that $1 to make this card.

Very cool and so much better than a store bought card.

Hi Sarah...so cute! Love the look of all the layers and the stamping gives it so much texture!

Be blessed!

That is a precious card! I have plenty of leftover "stuff" if you could come over and put it together for me! :)
