I was sick with the stomach flu on the weekend. Ugh! However there was a lot to be thankful for during that time.
1. That I was sick on the weekend. My sweet husband was home to take care of the kids. So I got to sleep lots and puke in private.
2. I am the last in my home to get the flu so the rest of my family was extra sympathetic. (Well not my 7 month old).
3. Gatorade. Mmmm I love cold Gatorade.
4. My dear friend who watched my baby on Sunday so that Craig could teach Sunday School and I could stay at home and sleep.
Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

Isn't it great when Mama actually does get to be sick.... AND get some rest???? So glad your hubby helped out so much, what a blessing!

So sorry you were sick, but that is so great that it fell on a weekend! I hate the stomach bug, but what is worse than the stomach bug is trying to mother small children while having the stomach bug!
